Reading is an effective habit, which can improve one’s pronunciation and fluency in any language. The school has a spacious library, which is comprised of books, reference books journals, newspapers, dictionary etc. Colorful books with pictures and fables for junior section has been introduced. Library is a place, which helps the child to improve his/her reading and vocabulary.
I.T. WORLD
A fundamental rule in technology says that whatever can be done will be done.
The technological advances in this area have been great and this century is bound to be dominated by further advances in the micro-chip. The school has a well resourced central computer technology suite as well as a range of lab based computers. All children have access to these and work in a variety of ways using word processing data bases, graphic presentations etc. adds to the children’s experiences.
SCIENCE LABS
Equipped with his five sense, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure science. Learning by doing is the most effective mode of learning and it can be well performed in a laboratory. The school has Bio Lab, Chemistry Lab, Physics Lab, to enhance the observation of the students. A scientific attitude can be inculcated by doing experiments, nothing down the readings and calculations.
LABORATORY RULES
- equipment is to be taken out of the laboratory without written permission.
- Any damage to the equipment during practical lessons will be borne by the students.
- Any items issued from the laboratories must be returned before the annual examination.
YOGA WORKSHOP
The school regularly conducts yoga and meditation classes for the fitness of health and mind of students. It also keeps them calm and develop a positive attitude towards life.
WELL EQUIPPED EDUCOM SMART CLASSES TO MAKE TEACHING–LEARNING PROCESS MORE INNOVATIVE
To make better clarification of the concepts, the school has arranged Educom smart classes with smart board in every class room. These provide better clarification to the learners regarding each concept of their curriculum and also create interest in each discipline of their class.
